My intentions are to lose the extra weight that is bogging me down. I plan on using a strict diet and exercising regularly in order to lower my blood pressure, as well as body fat, and ultimately take my lifestyle from hell to heaven.

In the past, I have noticed that having a wrokout partner and some form of entertainment such as an iPod or TV. can distract you during your exercise routine to your benefit. The reason it is beneficialto have some sort of entertainment distracting you when you workout is that your fitness routine will feel like it goes by much quicker when you are watching a television show that you like or listen to your favorite music while performing your strength or cardio routine.
