We love Fluid Rowers because their products don’t come with noisy magnetic braking systems, messy cords, motors, or cables. A rowing machine with water controlled resistance is not prone to service issues like other traditional and old fashioned rowing machines, that use a chain or flywheel as a momentum base.
In addition to not coming with all of the hassles your ordinary rower comes with, this unique form of water resistance creates a natural, smooth and quiet sound. Since its sounds mimic those of a rower that one would use outdoors, this Neptune Rowing Machine will be far more pleasing to the ears, than your standard rowing machine, driven by a chain or belt.
Along with the soothing sound provided by a real-water rower, its bio-mechanics are ergonomically correct and this ground-breaking design, was produced with the intention of creating a rower machine compatible for people of all shapes and sizes. When you add all of these great features together the result is a one of a kind rowing machine that has the power to help you lose weight and build muscle.
Shedding those extra pounds and defining your muscles is easy with this Fluid Neptune Rower because when you exercise on a rowing machine you are hitting all of your different muscles and body parts. For example, when train on a rowing machine, you use your arms in conjunction with you back, abdomen, shoulders, chest, thigh, calf and any other body part of muscle that we are failing to mention. The point is that nothing is better for you than an intense workout on a rowing machine, that targets your entire body, rather than a stair climber or a treadmill that focus entirely on your the strength legs and cardiovascular health.
Our Neptune Rower was designed by professional rowers in an effort to mimic real on-water rowing through smooth natural motions, and the genuine sound of water splashing. So what are you waiting for? Call one of our friendly fitness experts right now and get a Fluid Neptune Rower for yourself, family member, or friend.

Our new computer generation of kids has turned to video games and action figures more than any in the past. For some reason these days, kids have really stopped going outside and playing sports. Footbal has been replaced by facebook. Basketball courts have been replaced by the bedroom. The point I am driving at is that todays youth has done less in regard to physical activity, than any previous generation. What will be the result? Will our nation become even lazier and more over weight? Will we start to lose in the Olympics instead of dominate?
What the future of our nation will be remains unknown as always, but the fact that as a country our youth does not exercise as much as it used to, is telling for what is to come in our future. The United States of America is already overwhelmed with obesity beyond belief and the fact that kids and teenagers workout and exercise at minimal rates, adds to the doom and gloom of the situation.
Here is an idea…let’s replace video games and other superfluous electronic devices, with home fitness equipment. Seriously, imagine how much better our country would look and feel if we spend less time amusing ourselves with mind numbing TV and/or video games? Wake up people, it’s time to change, get yourself a freaking treadmill already. Bike a rowing machine and lose some weight. Instead of splurging on diamonds, buy a home gym. Do something to better your health. 90% of people try and find some easy way to lose weight and get healthy. 100% of them will fail. Success is a journey, not a destination. Your excess weight will not dissapear overnight. Due to the human body being unable to get in shape with the snap of a finger, we need to start exercising when we are young. We need to teach children the importance of health and fitness. Kids need to learn how to use home fitness equipment in a safe and effective way.
Hello there John McGuan here. I hope you guys had a great holiday! With the relatives coming into town there was merriment to be had by all. Accompanied by big holiday dinners and parties. Luckily we still had our treadmill to help in these indulgent times. With all that egg nog we ended up gaining five pounds each! As wifey and I toasted champagne on new years eve. We made a mutual decison to double up on our epic weight loss bet. I kissed her at the stroke of midnight and said “its on baby”
New years day came after a long night of celebrating and i was ready to start the year offon a healthy note. I hopped on the treadmill, turned on the football game, and continued on my fitness quest. Wifey wandered in after a few minutes and proclaimed “Get off that treadmill tubby I have a pedicure in thirty minutes “What was I to do? I couldnt sit on the couch and twiddle my thumbs and I have to keep wifey happy.
She was on the treadmill and I asked her if she would be interested in getting a crosstrainer so we could as a team. She thought that would be a wonderful idea. After getting the green light I made another call to my friends at Kings Of Cardio and got the ball rolling!!
After the call we weighed ourselves. I am 11 pounds and wifey is 10 away from our 20 lb goal.
I cant believe it shes taken the lead!! She pranced around and is so delighted with her progress.
Ive got work to do guys gotta get back in the lead. I cant overstate how thankful I am to have purchased our equipment. I got a great deal on the crosstrainer and im really looking forward to being physically fit in 2010. Wifey is too. Thanks again!
Nothing beats giving someone a present for the holidays that they really enjoy. We all remember when we got a gift for Christmas and it was something that we couldn’t care less about having. Those times are easy to remember because we receive more often than not, superfluous gifts, that have no meaning, or impact on our everyday lives. So give someone something that will change their life for the better. Get you best friend a treadmill instead of a gift certificate to an electronics store. Buy your mom an elliptical so she can exercise instead of buying her a clothing or something else that does not live up to the importance of buying someone home fitness equipment
I wanted to write this blog for a couple reason; first I figured if I put this stuff in writing it would make it that much harder to back out of, and second I wanted to let anyone who puts limitations on themselves know that anything is possible. One year ago today I quit smoking and drinking alcohol, I was 27 at the time and it seemed my life was going know where. I started working out to relieve stress and it wasn’t to long until I was absolutely hooked. Initially I started running for 20 to 30 minutes and trust me when I tell you it was nearly impossible. Because I live in a city where running outside is only possible half of the year I decided I would need to either join a gym or get some equipment for my house. Because of my rigorous work schedule I went for the in home routine. I found the Kings Of Cardio on line and ended up purchasing a treadmill. I bought a life fitness 95 ti and was more then pleased with its performance. As i started to progress physically everything in my life started to change. I met a beautiful girl who I am with today and not to long after that got a promotion at work. My boss told me he was impressed by my new found energy and enthusiasm. It wasn’t to long before I called the Kings Of Cardio back again this time to buy a bike and a Home gym. I bought a spin bike and a body solid EXM 3000 home gym. 7 months in to my regiment I decided I was going to step it up a little bit and get in shape to ride a 75 mile bike ride to benefit diabetes. So with 3 months to go I have been working out like a mad man trying to get fit so I don’t disappoint my sponsors, and most importantly myself. There are times when I sit back and think how far I have come in one year, it wasn’t easy but let me tell you the payoffs have been priceless. Lastly I would like to thank Scott my sales rep at the Kings of Cardio who went beyond the call of duty for any salesman. His fitness advice and constant motivation has kept me on the straight and arrow. Please check back in a few months and ill let you know how the ride goes.

As we get older we become heavier and less mobile. Having an inactive and lethargic lifestyle in unhealthy. When attacking laziness, the optimal approach is to set goals, and make them realistic. You must have some form of self motivation as well in order to get out of bed and make it happen. As the old saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink! So if you are not thirsty, and hungry for a fun and healthy life just stop reading right now and get back to doing nothing and eating corn dogs with extra cheese. On the other hand, if you are one of those people who have aspirations of looking and feeling good, then listen up. There is a road to looking good and it does not travel through pharmacies and plastic surgeons. The road towards success, which remember is a journey, not a destination, starts and ends in your mind. If you are determined to lose weight and get healthy, then it will happen, but if not, well then good luck with staying out of doctors offices and hospitals. Seriously, there is a reason that we (U.S.A) are not in the top 10 when it comes to life expectance rates in the world, and that reason is that we do not take care of ourselves. If you ask the average American what a recumbent bike is, they would have no clue! I would be willing to bet that ninety-percent of people do not know what an elliptical is, or what the difference between a folding and non-folding treadmill is!
A friend of mine recommended I go with her to her weekly tango dance class. At first I was extremely skeptical, since I don’t have an ounce of rhythm in me. When I walked in the studio, I saw a huge sign saying Fitness though Dance. I quickly found out that the class was targeted more to fitness, then having good rhythm, and I was thrilled. We stretched and strengthened our upper arms, abs, thighs, calf muscles, and buns. Not only that, but it was fun! I haven’t had fun working out since High School. They also offered levels for beginners, intermediate, and experienced. Now I’ve become a weekly member!
I’d always considered myself myself out-doorsy type, and never taken much to gyms or workout equipment for that matter. About 2 months ago, I found myself skipping out on my daily jogs, by lack of motivation. After deciding that a gym membership might inspire me to exercise, since after all I would be paying $30 a month, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I go at least four times a week now, and exercise all parts of body that simply jogging did not sculpt. After about an hour on the elliptical, weights, treadmill, and crunches, followed by a 15 minute hot tub session, I’ve never felt so revived. I can also pay attention to the numbers of calories and miles I’m burning, and build plans for each week to exceed the previous. I have an entirely new respect for gyms and trainers now, and can’t wait to start building my own home gym soon!
Trying to stay motivated to work out this summer? Consider exercising for a cause! Look into your local newspaper and online for ad’s about marathons, triathalons, and walks that benefit a charity or cause you support. Whether it’s a walk for breast cancer, a race for AIDS, or even a march for Diabetes, think of forms of exercise that not only you main gain from, but others as well. If your struggling for inspiration, I guarantee nothing will feel more inspiring than helping a group in need. Not only will you be building killer calf muscles, you’ll me drawing awareness to a good cause!
Well it is the end of July and in Los Angeles it feels like Summer is just starting. It has just started to hit the 90′s everyday and people are at the beaches in bunches. People of all ages Swimming, Running, Surfing, playing Volleyball, Tennis, Football, Soccer and every other sport that can be played outside. No matter which cardiovascular exercise you take part in, make sure that you consistently replinish yourself with lots of liquids, primarily water. It is also good to work out inside when it is this hot out, which is why people who have home fitness equipment laugh at those who are running outside, banging up their knees and getting sunburns.
