Home for the Holidays

It’s nice to be home for the holidays and see family and friends. Catching up on what all of your favorite people are doing is always a good thing. The only bad part apart going home for Thanksgiving and Christmas is that we tend to eat way too many calories during while we socialize and hang out with the people that are closest to us. Try and imagine the last time you went to a family gathering and did not leave 10 lbs. heavier? The problem with consuming too many calories is that it can be very detrimental towards our health and long term happiness. The recipe for mixing your favorite indulgences while remaining healthy can be easy to follow as long as you live by the code of “moderation.” In other words, anything in moderation is fine, and as long as you are active and exericse regularly, those extra calories consumed during the holidays with family will burn right off!

uh.. informative thoughts :) ).BUT, I would like you all to revisit the part on what you think the best treadmills are and re-do the list according to the 2010 models and prices. That would be outstanding! Thank you in advancee and Merry X-Mas!!!!!!!!! Oh, and 1 more thing, I like how you have your treadmill and elliptical and home fitness equipment categories but you don’t have any specific products pages dedicated to vibration trainers! Thos can be really nice to use.

now I know it..but I still have a hard time with my health and fitness in regards to finding the best equipment for me. for example, I have tried so many different home units that didn’t work out. Ellipticals wouldn’t conform to my stride length, treadmills would break down and weren’t always dependable when it came to supporting my weight. So I am here, ready for some young fitness expert to tell me everything that I need to know and get me in the right piece of cardiovascular equipment.

I love going home for the holidays! What do you do when you go home and their is no fitness equipment to use? I like to find a local school that has a nice track to run on and exercise there. Just my 2 cents. Happy new year!
