Artificial approaches to losing weight are destined to fail. It is nice to know that some people really do care about not just selling home fitness equipment but actually care about whether or not their customers use the equipment. Being healthy and feeling good is what it is all about.

Great idea and I do love lifting weights, but in the long run, is lifting weights regularly bad for your bones? Also, I am looking for gym equipment for my friend who has bad knees, but still loves running on treadmills, so could you please suggest something?

I cannot believe this will work! When I say this, I mean non-name brand home fitness equipment. Buying treadmills and ellipticals and other kinds of sports gear from comapnies you have never heard of is not smart and it contradicts all logic. On the other hand, there are some fitness experts, that are wuite educated, that will be able to recommend health club quality home fitness equipment.

I like to read your home fitness equipment blog everyday before my exercise routine in the morning. It is nice to know that some people still care about the health of America and I enjoy when your writers go into great detail about the pros and cons of all of the different models of home fitness equipment.

This brings me to an idea… what if we made it mandatory so that people had to work out and exercise in order to take advanage of health care, or not even to take advantage, just benefit from healthcare. Or maybe we could make it make it so that people who exercise frequently and have proof somehow, can pay less for healthcare. Thoughts from reputable forum members only please….

Sometimes it’s really that simple, isn’t it? I feel a little stupid for not thinking of this myself/earlier, though. As long as you have a nice gym like the BodyCraft X2, staying in shape is easy.
