If you are not really juiced up for this years NFL and NCAA Football seasons then there is something wrong with you! These guys are such great athletes and we take great pride in supplying them with the best equipment known to man. If you want to find out how structurally sound an Elliptical Cross Trainer is, then put a 6’5, 310 lb. middle line-backer on it and if the equipment remains quiet while in use, and does not rock back and forth, well, then you have found yourself a winner! Big, strong and sometimes fat people are really the best way to determine the strength and quality of .

edit: Side note, if your name is Julie, and you are 5’5 and 130 lbs., it does not matter if the piece of cardio equipment you are looking for can support the weight of a Giant, it just matters wheter or not the bike, stepper, , treadmill, or elliptical is comfortable for you.  That is not to say that you should not be concerned over the structural integrity of the exercise equipment that you may potentially purchase, we are just saying the mechanical capacity (user weight capacity), is of no importance to you. and gym machinery will always support at least 150lbs, unless specified otherwise.

However,  most of the people that call the Kings of Cardio, are not small and skinny, in fact, for the most part, they are big and heavy. In order for equipment and gym gear to work safe and effectively, it must be sturdy enough to withstand continuous usage over time by people of all shapes and sizes. For these two reasons, we make sure that we provide our customers with the highest quality equipment on earth and in return they love us for it! We hope…

Awesome Post. Where can I buy fitness equipment for my family? We live in Portland, Oregon?

How much time do you think the average athlete spends per day on working out? Cardio workouts and strength workout? What kind of fitness equipment do you think they use? Can you give me insight as to how I can maximize my results when exercising? Thank you very much.

Also, one more question, can you recommend any good home gyms? My family and I are looking to put together a home gym with a dual weight stack multi-station strength piece, and we (my wife and I) are debating on whether we should get an exercise bike, treadmill, or an elliptical? We have always loved Precor machines but lately the Life Fitness 95Xi has really been growing on my wife. If you had $3000 to $5000 to spend on a cardio piece of exercise equipment, what would you buy? There are so many companies that it drives us crazy looking at all of the different kinds of gym equipment and sports gear. Can you rank these brands for me please in order of quality? Precor, Star Trac, Life Fitness, Sports Art, Cybex, and Smooth?

Oh, and 1 last thing, for whoever is reading this? what kind of fitness equipment do you use when you are exercising? Do you use standard equipment such as treadmills and stair climbers and ellipticals or do you like to run outside? There has been another long standing debate between my friends and I over whether or not running outside on the concrete is better or worse than running on a treadmill. I have to tell ya, these days, it it hard to argue with the perspective that home fitness equipment and home gyms are definitely the best way to keep people in shape.

    Very outstanding website.
The message here is very helpful. I do have a question about the Precor AMT 100i Elliptical Cross-Trainer. Is the Precor new in the box? Also, I noticed that the TV was optional, how much does it cost?

    I will tell my friends.

    Cheers

Today I started training for my latest goal which is to get down to 175 lbs. by January 1st. First, a few facts about myself, and then you will be judge more acuartely as to whether or not I will be able to get down to 175 Lbs. My name is John, doesn’t matter my name, but I am 5’10, 195 Lbs. and I have a standing bet for $1000.00 with my girlfriend on whether or not I will be able to lose the weight (20 Lbs.) by the new year. I have already lost 9 pounds and I am down to 186 pounds right now. I get addicted to things easilly and before I even started training, I purchased some home gym equipment, health club quality of course, and some protein shakes, other amino acids, vitamins and nutritional supplements.

fitness equipment and health care are very good concepts, I like how you convey the message of staying strong and never givving up. when i want to give up and gett off my treadmill, i think to myself, a “quitter never wins and a winner never quits!”

I somehow dont agree with a few things, but its great anyways.Health and fitness are topics that almost always jump-start, long, fiery conversations. Sports gear and gym gear on the other hand, is more objective.
