Thanks for the Stair Climber

I don’t know if this is a blog entry or a recommendation, so I’ll let you guys decide where to put it. The stairmaster 400 pt stair climber my husbund bought from you for us this Christmas is coming in handy and I’m finding I’m using it more and more. My exercise program now is: some stretches I learned in yoga (way too long ago, but I just hate taking classes with a bunch of other people, and I’m no good at following instructions on a tv as I try to do it), then my stairmaster, then the stretches again, and then I reward myself with a chocolate truffle, just one. But what I really wrote to say was that I’ve been telling myself to do two more minutes a day on the stairmaster . I remember when I first started out trying to get back into shape just two weeks ago that I could hardy do 15 minutes, and now when I get to the 15 minute mark, I’m not even achy. I’m at 30 minutes now and so proud of myself. So I want to tell other people who think they can’t do it, that they can, a step at a time.

You guys have done an excellent job in making sure that your reading are informed about the home fitness equipment they are going to buy. However, it would be great if you had more videos on how to use the fitness equipment that you sell. For example, I am looking at the Life Fitness 95Xi elliptical and was trying to come up with ways to make exercising on my life fitness elliptical more fu. One way that you guys could incorporate videos of people actually using the equipment would to be to get your customers to make hoem amde movies of them exercising and then they can send them in? Just a thought :)

This is a very informative web-site. After looking at many other home fitness equipment web-sites I would have to say that there is a boat load of great information on this website. Rarely have I seen people take the time to actually describe all of the features and specifications of virtually every piece of home fitness equipment that anybody could ever think of.
