Is sales tax going to be added to my order?

The answer is that there is no sales tax charged to any order being delivered outside of the state of California. Due to the fact that our company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, state law prohibits any sales transaction made in-state that does not include sales tax.

How long does shipping take?

Items are shipped by standard LTL freight carriers in most cases and shipping lead times on in box-items is always 10-18 business days unless rush shipping is added to your order. If your unit is coming fully assembled, delivery may take up to 25 business days; this shipping service applies to all remanufactured products. For more specific questions, please ask your fitness expert.

Will the delivery company call me ahead of time so I can be home during the delivery?

Yes, our freight carriers call all of our customers several days in advance, to schedule a drop off time. Please make sure to provide your fitness representative with two phone numbers and an e-mail address for the shipping company.

Will my fitness equipment be set up inside my home when it is delivered?

The basic shipping service does provide delivery directly to your home, but it does not include assembly inside of your house or business. We do offer a platinum set up service, which is also known as Platinum Club 5 Star Delivery. This special service entails your unit being brought inside, removed from the box, and fully installed in the room of your choice. After the installation, the box, wrapping and all other packaging material will be removed as well. The cost of this service varies per product, please call one of our responsive fitness reps now for a quote, and they will be happy to assist you with all of your shipping inquires.

How do I take advantage of my warranty if something goes wrong?

If you need service on your equipment please call us and one of our friendly customer service representatives will be glad to troubleshoot with you over the phone to diagnose and solve the problems that you are having. When an actual part or service technician is needed to solve the problem, we will overnight you the part and if you still need assistance, we have over 425 certified technicians across the country whom we are affiliated with, that will gladly come out and fix the issue fist hand.

If I live in Canada, Hawaii or Alaska, do you offer shipping to my home, and if you do, how much will the shipping charge be?

Yes! We do ship to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. Please call and ask one of our welcoming fitness experts for a shipping quote on the item you would like to purchase.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do ship worldwide, so please call to inquire, and we will be glad to help. International shipments are usually multi-piece orders.
