Payment Options

The orders that ship the quickest are made with a credit or debit card for the entire purchase price. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Other forms of payment include PayPal, money order, bank, cashier, or personal check. Personal checks may take up to 15 business days to clear therefore shipping lead times are lengthened on purchases paid for by a check. The fee for returned checks is $15.

We are able to offer discounted prices on equipment and very low shipping rates based on the fact that we prepay in advance for all of our equipment, therefore, COD is not a payment option and orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. All payments are made in USD (U.S. Dollars). Call and speak to a live fitness representative who can answer all questions regarding payment methods.


There is no sale tax charged to any customer having their equipment delivered outside of the state of California. has its business based in Los Angeles, CA. and any order delivered inside of California is charged a sales tax rate of 9.25%. This tax rate is based on the local Los Angeles rate that we operate under and manipulation of this percentage is illegal.

For orders being shipped to Canada, and other nations other than the United States, purchaser is responsible to contact customs broker and for payment of any related fees.

Customers will receive a 30 day trial period on their product unless noted otherwise. This trial period starts the day that you receive your unit. You must try the unit for at least 10 days in order to be eligible for the free trial period. If you want to send the unit back, you must box the unit up in its original packaging, and send it back to the manufacturer or other specified address. Once the product is received by our warehouse or the manufacturer, we will refund the purchase price in full to the buyer, less shipping expenses. You will be responsible for calling our customer service department and they will fax you a return authorization form. Once you have the form completed, signed and dated, then you can either mail, or fax it to us. Once we receive this RA form signed by you, and your equipment has been received either by us or our manufacturer, you will be reimbursed in full for your order less shipping expenses. Products that do not qualify for our 30 day trial period include remanufactured pieces, out of box demo units or other special order items. Please make sure to ask your sales representative the return policy on the item of your purchase as returns policies do change with different units.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping takes approximately between 10 and 18 business days from the day that an order is placed to arrive at your home. Shipping on remanufactured and out of box units may take up to 21 business days, but can also arrive within the standard shipping time as well, please be sure to ask your sales representative what an accurate lead time is for your specific purchase. Most freight carriers contact the recipient several days in advance so the buyer can be home to accept the delivery and make sure that everything is copacetic. Please inspect the box and the unit to make sure that there is no damage. If there does appear to be damage to the box, or the unit itself, make a note upon the delivery form. will not be responsible for any damage caused by the freight service; we will however get a replacement shipped out to you in the meantime, if the item arrives unacceptable. Sometimes units arrive with slight cosmetic damage such as scratches and scrapes. In cases such as those, please accept delivery and will be responsible for replacing that part for you with one that is not tarnished. We will ship you the part at no cost to you in the event that a piece of your unit comes aesthetically flawed. All shipping lead times are approximations and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.

Platinum Club 5 Star Shipping

The Platinum Club 5 Star Shipping option includes in home set up and assembly of your purchase. This form of delivery takes up to 21 business days on average, depending on the item being delivered. You will be contacted by the delivery agent up to a week before delivery to schedule a time in which the unit can be brought into your home and assembled. A professional set up crew will deliver and install your fitness equipment, make sure it works properly and they will remove all packaging materials after the installation is completed. This process normally takes up to 30 minutes and the delivery service will bring all tools necessary for the assembly.
